Who We Are

The Women's University Club of Seattle Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charitable trust, was started as an independent organization by Club members in 2003.

The Foundation is an umbrella trust for three Councils and their Funds.

The Community Education & Outreach Council & Fund support the Women's University Club's focus on lifelong learning and shares that focus with others in ways to benefit our community.

The Historic Landmark Preservation Council & Fund help restore the exterior portion of the clubhouse designated in 2007 as a historic landmark by the City of Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board and in 2009, achieving state and national landmark status.

The Scholarship Awards Council & Fund provide scholarships to graduating high school senior women, women-in-transition [WIT] and a Staff Scholarship to a WUC employee.
